Hampshire County Council has announced plans to build a wall along its border with Surrey, and insists that ‘Surrey will pay for it’.

The announcement was made at a press conference hosted by Council leader Dominic Tramp. Tramp stated that at present the border is ‘totally unsecure’ leading to Sussex flooding Hampshire with ‘drugs, illegals and bad hombres’. He insisted that the solution is to build a ‘big, beautiful wall’ along the Hampshire/Surrey border, which for some reason ‘Sussex will pay for’. Tramp added that the wall should be ‘at least 20 feet high’ so we can ‘totally ruin their light’.

The Council leader’s proposed border wall is just the latest in a series of moves designed to reduce immigration. Tramp has already announced a ‘total shutdown’ on people coming to Hampshire from Wiltshire for security reasons ‘until we can figure out what’s going on’.

Tramp also used his press conference to hit out at the Hampshire media which he accused of ‘misreporting’ him. He described the Southampton Echo as ‘totally bias fake news’ after it suggested that Tramp’s rise to power was assisted by another county’s intelligence service. He went on to describe the Basingstoke Gazette as ‘completely unfair’ as it keeps ‘accurately reporting what I say creating a negative impression of me’.
